Absence Reminder

The school office needs to alerted to a student absence

On the day of an expected absence or tardy, please email: beachparkattendance@smfcsd.net

Include your student’s full name, date of absence, and reason. The email address is dedicated to absence reporting only, and replies are not available.

Please provide a doctor's note when seeing any health professional. 

TARDY 

• Your child is considered tardy if he/she is not in their seat in the classroom after 8:25am. 
• If your child is late to school, he/she is to report to the office for a Pass to Class. The child’s absence will show “Tardy” on the student’s attendance record.
• If you see this sign on your child’s classroom door, and the door is closed, it means your child needs to go to the office for a ticket to class.
